eSculpture collects information when you register to use our services and post content related information on our site. At registration a username, password and email address is required. eSculpture records IP addresses and utilizes cookies to authenticate accounts and improve the user experience of our visitors and members.

If you open a retail sellers gallery on eSculpture. We require you to provide a business name, business address, phone number and email. This information will be kept private and only used to verify your information and contact you if needed in relation to your seller account. As a seller you will be required to have some information public. This will include and not limited to business name, location, images, logo.  You will be required to have a Stripe Account or Paypal account to process orders. eSculpture will not have access to either your Stripe or Paypal account information.

In relation to the buying and selling of goods and services, you may obtain another eSculpture users, name, shipping address, email and other information. This information can only be used for eSculpture related transactions and communications. eSculpture does not allow users to utilize or sell this information to third party users or engage in unsolicited messaging or emails.

If you post messages or social media information your eSculpture user name is visible to other users. If you post personal information you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties. eSculpture may be required to disclose personal information under legal action. Such as to comply with fraud investigations, subpoenas, theft of intellectual property, copyright infringement or other illegal activities.  eSculpture may make changes to this privacy policy in the future. Any changes will be posted in our Privacy Policy Terms. Users are bound by any changes to the current policy and any future policies once posted.
